In a sudden urge to take up digital art, I ventured into my basement to fetch the tablet that my parents got me many a year ago to once again try my hand at using it. Whilst attempting, I realized that its age and general crappy-ness had cluster-fucked into an unusable state. But was I going to surrender myself back to the realm of pencil and paper? Not just yet. I researched relatively cheap yet quality tablets and settled on a Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet, which I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was only $66 on Amazon. Commence the week long wait for it to be shipped. It arrived yesterday and I promptly began messing around with it. I

...You gotta have more Lesbians. Speaking of which, the last four deviations are characters from a comic I'm writing/drawing. I apologize for not making them any prettier than pencil sketches on notebook paper, but most of those pictures were done in class. I've drawn out the first two pages of the comic and once I get the words on there, I'll upload them for your reading enjoyment. Oh, and yada yada, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Birthday to me, I'm 19 now, I got all As my first semester of college.

First off, Happy Thanksgiving, everyone :) In other news, I seem to have neglected updating my journal for, what, ten months now? A lot has happened since then. I got fours and fives on the AP tests I was freaking out about, (and some "quality" art was birthed by the study process). Summer came and went. With it came great memories with my friends and amazing times with my family as we visited Italy and Romania. As it came to a close, anxiety about the impending first semester of college reached a peak, plateaued, slowly came down during the flurry of transition skits and talks that was Welcome Week. I am now balls deep in my first semest
